Sharpening of the ceramic blades isn’t recommended. If attempted, use specialised diamond-grit tools.
NB: American oboists used to a “razor-like” knife sharpness might prefer using ceramic blades for finishing only. For a more conventional feel, try using OLFA Excel Black 18mm steel blades (snap off a couple sections to adjust the length).
